The whole process was extremely easy. The house was cute with everything you could need- loved it is so close to a grocery store and a quick drive to campus!

Place & location, great. Convenient to Wegmans, Chapel Hill, Duke, 40, 15/501, 54. The place was exactly as it was offered. The ducks visiting from the pond, priceless!I would highly recommend this listing.

Disappointed
Upon seeing a live roach night 2, reached out to the homeowner to explain the situation. She agreed to send an exterminator, but then spotted several more roaches and decided to stay last two nights in a hotel. Asked for a refund for two nights and homeowner refused to do so, not based on VRBO policy, but her own decision. Would not recommend.
