Walk to UNC Stadiums & Hospital

Windows were filthy--like out of the Adam's Family-- and other things such as the couch and bedroom carpet were not very clean.A roach dropped from the ceiling to our bed one night, and we swept other roach legs off the floor. Lost power for 9 hours due to electrical storm, and there were no emergency flashlights. Very hot, dark and unpleasant without any alternative power. On the other hand, the property is in a lovely area and it is very convenient to the hospital and university. The bed was comfortable, and the appliances all worked okay when we had power. I offered to share my review privately with the owner, but she apparently either didn't get or ignored my email.

Very quiet, convenient location. Stephanie was quick to respond! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Clean and great communications with the property managers. The street noise is not bad at all.

Clean and great location

Beautiful setting, excellent location if you are driving to Carborro or Chapel Hill. Although close to a busy road, it is quiet inside. Good communication with host. Comfortable bed.Issues we had: pathway lighting nonexistent and it is very dark. No sweetener or creamer to go with the coffee. Two shampoo bottles in the shower but no conditioner. This place is beginning to show some wear and tear
